It all started after 500,000-650,000 refugees fled from a nearby nation, outside of the RIA. These refugees were taken in by the Rivetish government. Tensions were high, as many Rivetish natives feared that the refugees would bring their war to Riveti. After an argument broke out, police had to be called. When police arrived, both parties involved in the argument had exchanged blows, The refugee began to argue with police. What happened next is unclear. Some say that the refugee pulled a knife, some say he did nothing. Either way, police shot him dead. His people were outraged. They demanded that the officers involved be tried for murder and executed, per the laws in their country. When the Rivetish government refused, and angry mob broke into the homes of the officer who pulled the trigger and killed him and his son, who tried to stop them. When Silents attempted to arrest them, they were attacked. This lead to a brief firefight in which many of the offending refugees were killed. The others decided that they would take over the country and install their ideals. They attacked many military camps and stole the weapons. Anyone who can hold a gun is forced to fight. Riveti is currently faced a massive armed rebellion. It is requesting that it's allies aid in some way.
