Tensions within the RIA have come to a head after the Satanic Empire, in the latest of its Anti-Jehovah crusades, attacked several merchant ships belonging to Alhurriat Walsallam in International Waters. The action has drawn wide condemnation, and has brought the region closer to war than ever in the past months. These actions follow the publishing of an Anti-Genocide document by the Usniyan People's Party, which drew criticism for its portrayal of the Sith Empire of Korriban, the Land of Madness and Insanity, and the Empire of Kzaria, all allies of the Satanic empire as states likely to commit genocide. The Kingdom of Candro also objected to the document, stating that Usniya, as a single-party dictatorship, had no right to make such criticisms. As of press time, Korriban and LMI have come out in defense of SE, while Usniya, Ireland,and Xantinia have condemned the actions. the Usniyan Foreign Affairs administration, as well as Emperor Rednax of Xantinia have called for peace, fearing the start of a regional war.
