In the large town, and now capital of a new separate nation, of Mirny of the Eastern Russian Mainland, the Ancient Resistance Council unites the entire revolutionary people under one flag of the Russian Republic, an opposing nation towards the corrupt Third Russian Federation who spent their days executing any Non-Humans (Ancients) and any of their allies they could find. The Republic is a gleaming, bright light in a mainland that was recently covered in darkness of fear and death. The Russian Mainland has been cut in half once more but the two nations have negotiated for a cease-fire, which many know will not to last long, to rebuild their divided societies. The Russian Republic will adopt the ideologies of their past, defunct nation of Ancient Republics such as equality for both Humans and Ancients, political freedoms, and religious freedoms unlike their rival nation who supports an entire Christian society, giving heavily harsh punishments for those following other religions as a result.
The Republic will have a temporary government for the meanwhile, their current leader Etrius Lucius Adorine has this to say in front the town hall of Mirny: "Finally after many months of hardship and death, we can once again reunite and strive for a better Russia and a better Renegade Islands Alliance but for now we must rebuild what we lost. Now the time of fear is over for us, the time of reconstruction begins now. Many cities and towns in our territory have been ravaged by the Third Russian Federation Armed Forces and their Militia with destruction. With them gone, we can rebuild and live in safety of our own homes once more with our own military to ensure what happened all those months ago shall not occur again. For The Republic." The crowd before him cheer with their heads held high and voices strong, yelling as one with their slogan "For The Republic!"
