After the passage of the Party Act it was promised that elections for Congress would begin two months after to give the newly formed parties a preparation period. It's been two months and we will tell what happened to the political parties before and after the election
-Royalist Party- Formed directly after the passage of the Party Act the royalist party represents the view of the monarchy and the royalists in Candro. They won 2396 seats which surprised foreign predictors who predicted a much larger victory for the Royalists.
-Peter's Party- This Party was formed early into the preparation period; it follows Peteran theology. It won 871 seats the highest non-royalist party won.
-Tribal Party- The Tribal Party was formed late into the preparation period. It was meat with opposition from more royalist tribes like the Shoka and Iminti that claimed that "It did not represent the views of the tribes."
-Independents- Independent advisors won 217 seats showing that the parties did not come about with out controversy.
-Progress Party- The Progress Party was made two weeks after the passage Party Act by a scientist and a economist. It is known for being the "technocrat" party because all of its elected advisors are scientist or economists.
-Militarist Party (failed), Nationalist Party, Fascist Party- The Militarist Party initially was very successful due to its nationalist message but failed due to in-fighting over the CIN. The Nationalist Party split from the Militarist Party because its members were Pro-CIN while the Fascist Party (Anti-CIN) became the successor to the Militarist Party.
-The Communist Party- The Communist Party was made in the third week of the preparation period. It has been accused of accepting foreign donations but there is no hard proof to these accusations.
-The Capitalist Party- The Capitalist Party was made during the second month of the preparation period as a response to the communist party. It has taken on a controversial crusade against state run companies.
-The Conservative Party- The Conservative was made during the first week of the preparation period. It has a very active support base and has had many debates with the Leftist Party.
-The Leftist Party- The Leftist Party was made during the first week of the preparation period. It has had many debates with the conservative party and has a active support base.
-Anarchist Party- The ancharist party was made during the last week before the election. All of their proposals so have failed.
-Democratic Party-
The Party existed before the Party Act. It has been confirmed that they have accepted foreign donations because of this they are the least popular party in Candro.
