After an extended period of time with no contact with the rest of the region Barren Silver has returned to the RIA. For a period of time it ceased to exist and fell into chaos with the old order vanishing. Out of this chaos came a whole diaspora of warlords leading their various clans in a power struggle for the nation. However, there are reports that the former Chancellor Noto is currently exiled to one of the plethora of smaller islands that dot FBS territory. It seems as though, that the warlords are ready to plunge the nation back into chaos this time with a little help from the outside world.
