Assembly of Renegades Creation Act

Government has proposed the creation of an RP council in the past and appointed Riveti and Usniya as RP moderators. Now, there has been the proposal of the Assembly of Renegades, created by, and acting as a sub-body of the Citizen's Congress. This authority will have both an Out of Character (OOC) and In Character (IC) councils that will make decisions regarding regional RP.
