New Government Changes

Over the last few weeks, we have had some new government changes amongst the RIA. Replacing Red Dusk, Scepez has taken over as delegate.
After a forum vote, Menekar has taken over as Speaker of the Citizen's Congress and appointed Lowlands and Saxony as Deputy to make for a smooth and efficient transition.
