The Land of Madness and Insanity and Riveti have merged and are now one nation. The leader Luke, from Riveti, is now a powerful figure in LMI. Sparked by Luke, Adam's younger brother, defecting to LMI after he had shown a great deal of interest in the country and its ways.
The death of his friend, who died in LMI, became too much for Luke to handle and he became insane. With only about 20,000 Riveti citizens against the union, the LMI/Riveti people are supportive of the new LMI leadership and their transition into a superstate.
